About Kevin

Kevin’s primary goal, as President of HalStruc Inc., is to ensure the company’s high standards of good workmanship are continually met. HalStruc was built on a foundation of quality, integrity, and unparalleled work ethic – for which every project must meet.

He is also responsible for cultivating new and existing business relationships with Developers & General Contractors. His efforts are primarily focused on working hand in hand with clients to establish project budgets and timelines, while working together with pre-construction, operations, and key personnel on every project from beginning to end.

Kevin began in construction at age 13 as a general laborer, working Summers at his father’s construction company. His father continuously poured business ethics into him and the importance of a hard day’s work. By the age of 17, he had a full-time career and had developed a lifetime interest in construction. He quickly realized that hands on experience in the field was equal to, if not more valuable than time spent in academic pursuits and the hands-on approach has yielded unparalleled experience and a deeper appreciation for hard labor and the honest fruit that it bears.

Kevin is married to his beautiful wife, Kim of 23 years, and together they have raised 5 amazing children. Some of which are currently on staff, continuing the cycle of interest in the industry. Family has always been one of the most foundational components of his life and has always been a priority. He views family as a gift from God, that must continuously to be nurtured, cherished, and strengthened.

He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling and has a special interest in the great outdoors, fishing, hunting and all types of adventurous activities. He and Kim, along with the rest of the family are self-labeled “foodies”, they love cooking together as a family and especially enjoy eating out at various restaurants. As an avid music lover, his favorite band is Blue October and he’s particularly fond of the lyrics from the song “Time Changes Everything”. Many times, business requires travel, when it does Kevin enjoys entertaining clients and fellowshipping with those he serves. Kevin also enjoys Christ’s first miracle so much that he considers himself an amateur wine connoisseur (predominantly reds- Cabernet’s). All things in moderation, of course.

Above all else, Kevin’s faith is of utmost importance. While he grew up in a religious home, in his earlier years he was deterred from pursuing God. But God never stopped pursuing him, and he soon recognized that his life was not his own and that he was ordained for a God given purpose. From that point forward Kevin experienced a phoenix like rebirth with a renewed spirt that can only come from Jesus Christ alone. Kevin strives to serve the LORD in all aspects of life. His ministry is lived out daily, in his work, his marriage, his relationships and every facet of his life.
